The Dale series pictures the moment short before a breaking point, an illusive calm before the storm. The photographs reflect the disorientation, knowing something has to be redrafted, but still being in the process of analyzing and thinking about the right steps. It deals with the feeling of fear limiting action, the difficulty to know which side to belong to and how to break rigid paradigms.
